Day 1: KNIA Airport – Parapat – Samosir
Upon arrival at KNIA Airport (Medan-North Sumatera) Via …… at ……, meet and greet by you guide , then depart for Parapat a famous lake resort lies on the east shore of Lake Toba . Via The plantation road Pematang Siantar .Lunch will be serve enroute .Arrive in Parapat then transfer to Samosir Island , check in to Hotel Toledo Inn For your Accommodation and dinner.
Day 2 : Samosir – Tour (B)
Breakfast at Hotel, after breakfast, your day begins with Samosir tour visiting the tomb of King Sidabutar and Batak Toba Village at Tomok. Then visit Ambarita, a traditional village with ancient megalithic furniture in front of the traditional house and proceed to Simanindo Village to visit Museum of Batak Toba People. Lunch will be serve at local restaurant in Tuk-Tuk. Rest of the day is on your own activities, Afternoon , return to the hotel for dinner and accommodation.
Day 3 : Parapat – Berastagi (B)
Breakfast at Hotel, after breakfast Leave for Berastagi. Visit the ancient kings Palace Of Simalungun at Pematang Purba. See the Sipiso piso waterfall Drops iinto the northern tip shore of Lake Toba from hundred meter height. Proceed to Berastagi through the fertile vegetable and fruit farms, pine tree forest and spectacular view of Lake Toba a long most part of the journey. Arrive in Berastagi. After lunch, Visit Dokan Village in Berastagi to see the old house and the way of life Of batak karo tribe. Afternoon, check in to Sinabung Hotel or simmilar for Accommodation and dinner.
Day 4: Berastagi – Medan – Tangkahan ( B)
Breakfast at Hotel, after breakfast Depart for Tangkahan via Medan in about 7 hours drive. First leave Berastagi for medan via some Vegetable farming and a small town Pancur batu. Arrive Medan , then continue drive to Tangkahan via some small towns and plantations. Tangkahan rainforest is part of Leuser National Park. The road is still bad in some parts. Lunch Enroute. After lunch , continue drive to Tangkahan, Arrive in Tangkahan, check in to Mega Linn In Tangkahan. Relax and unwind in the clear water river of Tangkahan. Have a swim in the nearby Garut river waterfall. Overnight and simple dinner at our lodge. After dinner you may enjoy the peaceful surrounding of the jungle with lots of bird sound.
Day 5 : Tangkahan Trekking- Bohorok (B)
Breakfast at the lodge, This morning you will start for soft walking through the plantation road of Tangkahan for about 30 minutes, then wach the elephant bathing and you can wash the elephant , after that continue herding Sumatran Elephant in the rain forest including jungle trek to explore the diversity of flora and fauna,patroling the Leuser National park with the elephant for about 1 (one) hour . If you were lucky you can find orang utan, leaf monkey, long tailed macaque and great argus. After 1 (one) hour trekking, thene Lunch at The lodge. After lunch depart for Bohorok part of Leuser National Park , (approximately 4 hours) to Bohorok . The driving is along the ex-logging road passing through the plantation and villages. Arrive in Bukit Lawang (Bohorok), check in to hotel Rindu Alam Or ecolodge similar for accommodation and dinner.
Day 6 : Bohorok Trekking (B)
After breakfast, visit the Orangutan , start fullday trekking and hiking in the tropical rain forest around the station, accompanied by local ranger, for wild life viewing. If you are lucky you may encounter Orang Utan, leaf monkey, macaque, gibbons, siamang and abundant bird life. Afternoon, return to hotel for overnight .
Day 7 : Bohorok ( B, L)
Morning play with OrangUtan. Full day Visit local villages/ local school/ local hospital Learn about Indonesian llives. Lunch will be served at local villagers .
Day 8: Bohorok – Medan (B )
Breakfast at hotel, After breakfast free on your own activities , Lunch at the lodge / Hotel in Bohorok . After lunch , drive back to Medan via The plantation road . Arrive in Medan , then visit Maimoon Palace , grand mosque in medan , china Town/ Kesawan to see the old medan city and Gunung Timur Chines Tample. Afternoon ,check in to hotel Arya duta for Accommodation and dinner.
Day 9: Medan – Airport (B)
Breakfast at Hotel, After breakfast transfer to the airport, for your next destination.
